We are searching for a Solutions Consultant to join our team. The Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing and directing all activities related to the implementation of Human Capital Management systems, working closely with the client to ensure that all goals, objectives, and milestones are accomplished according to the desired future state and strategic objectives of the organization.

In this role you will:

> Provide consulting services for Dayforce HCM system implementations including HR, payroll, benefits, workflows, and talent solutions.

> Lead multiple projects simultaneously or one large project based on complexity factors such as company size, industry, locations, client resources or project duration

> Utilize Dayforce project methodologies to develop, define and execute project plan, scope, and deliverables. Participate in decisions that impact project scope and communicate any changes to the client team and sponsors accordingly.

> Monitor project health, identify and track obstacles, assess impact and execute a timely resolution.

> Become system expert on HR technology products; continually learn and stay current on all features/functions to provide maximum value to the client.

> Engage in Dayforce full-lifecycle HCM implementations, providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership guiding customers through all project phases including analysis, planning and scoping, design and configuration, testing, cutover to production, and go live support.

> Ensure change management and communications are integrated throughout the life cycle of project.

> Write functional specifications for customizations and manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions

> Establish and cultivate meaningful relationships with clients building cross-functional partnerships with HR, payroll, IT and executive project sponsors.

> Liaison between the client project team, executive team, other key stakeholders and the system vendor.

> Maintain strict confidentiality of all data processed and safeguards against breaches

We need you to have:

> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from accredited four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

> 4-7 years of industry experience. Solid understanding of Payroll, HR, Benefits and/or Talent Management regulations and compliance.

> Experienced Dayforce System Administrator or experience implementing Dayforce, leading Dayforce implementations, migrations, or upgrades.

> Proficiency with application implementations, with understanding of HR business process, data interrelationships and configuration impact.

> Ability to gather and translate client business needs into functional and technical requirements.

> Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional business issues.

> Ability to prioritize / plan work activities and manage multiple projects with a focus on results.

> Strong verbal and written communication. Communicates openly, honestly, and respectfully with diverse audiences.

> Solid listening skills.

> Strong people skills. Builds trust and relationships and creates a collaborative/consultative style with clients. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with team/colleagues.

> Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

> Related industry designation a plus (SHRM-CP, PHR, CPP, PMP, HRPM)

Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY and NJ, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $80K to $105K and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
