Senior Sales Consultant – Oracle Restaurants

Location: United States

Travel: 25%

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to both prospective and current clients in conjunction with the sales and partner teams for Oracle Restaurants products.

Not only will you assist in progressing the sales cycle by developing and delivering compelling, engaging presentations/demonstrations that showcase the Oracle Restaurants story, but you will also be able to clearly articulate Oracle product’s strengths, benefits, competitive advantages, and overall value to our clients. Through designing, validating, and presenting Oracle software solutions (that might include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party interfaced products), you will be a critical piece in the success of growing our business in our direct and indirect channels.

Our Solution Engineers provide our partners and clients with product direction and specialist knowledge in applying our technology to best meet their needs, while also communicating functional value and benefits. You will also be involved in educating our internal and external customers and partners on our products and applications through presentations, demonstrations, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

+ Advanced knowledge of Simphony and Back of House applications.

+ Develop, present, and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the Oracle Restaurants solution, and teach resellers the same skill.

+ Maintain account and opportunity updates within internal sales force automation system.

+ Manage and prioritize sales and reseller opportunities.

+ Clearly articulate the benefits of Oracle Restaurant’s applications to all levels including line of business end users, managers, and “C” level executives.

+ Identify, prioritize and document partner needs and/or requests to support Enablement and Education strategy and delivery.

+ Assist partner managers and sales leads in technical inquiries from customers.

+ Provide input to, and gather insight from, other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $30.29 to $76.49 per hour; from $63,000 to $159,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 – 80/20.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
