Job Title: Chemist
Job Description
Join our dynamic research and development team as a Chemist where you will support new product development initiatives. In this role, you will be extensively involved in the hands-on development of ink jet inks as part of a cross-functional team. You will demonstrate ink performance against competitors and create project feasibility arguments based on these findings. Additionally, you will resolve any issues throughout the development process and track key project risks. Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), you will also develop improved methods while taking ownership of your work and ensuring the completion of goals on time.
Hard Skills
+ Degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
+ 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting
+ Experience in new product development, particularly formulations
+ Knowledge of formulation technology including paints, coatings, adhesives, UV curable inks

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position
Work Environment
This position is primarily based in the R&D lab, where you will be at the bench 90-95% of the time. The workday begins between 7:00 AM and 7:45 AM, consisting of 8 working hours
