Job Description
Our client, a FDA/GMP regulated facility is looking to add an additional Quality Assurance Associate to their team. This position is ideal for someone looking to continue and grow in their Quality Assurance career in an FDA regulated environment with a company that has been steadily growing over the years.
Hours: 8am-4pm no weekends or holidays
Job Description:
+ Office setting away from the laboratory
+ Review and asses product complaint
+ Perform incident investigations
+ Manage CAPA program (Corrective Action/Preventative Action)
+ Perform internal and external audits
+ Approve SOPs
+ Provide validation assistance when necessary
+ Any additional Quality Assurance designated by the Director
+ Review Batches for batch release
Requirements:
+ Bachelor of Science (preferably biology, microbiology, biochemistry)
+ 2+ years in Quality Assurance specifically working with CAPAs, Investigations, Deviations
+ Working knowledge of GMPs
+ Prior experience in a quality role
+ Good analytical and problem solving skills
+ Customer relation skills for quality issues with customers and audits from FDA, etc.
+ Good people skills for internal communication. Will have to deliver truthful information to lab managers/manufacturing managers often and will have to build relationships to get things moved along.
