Seeking a proactive and skilled Superintendent to oversee and manage critical aspects of construction projects. Responsibilities include performing due diligence, reviewing design for value engineering, defining and negotiating subcontract scopes, and establishing project schedules. The role also involves maintaining job costing, documenting and negotiating project changes, and coordinating field activities between various stakeholders. Ensuring safety and high standards of work at all times is paramount. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning site activities and coordinating with various subcontractors.

Work Environment

This role is based in Glenview and South Chicago on a project expected to last 12 months. Candidates should be open to travel as future project locations may vary.
