Launched during summer 2023, Ford Integrated Services will create and market new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services will allow Ford’s retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicle like never before, with OTA-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing Communications, Integrated Services, who reports to the Global Chief Marketing Officer.

In this position…

Ford is seeking a senior leader to serve as Director, Go-to-Market / Marketing Integration on the Integrated Services MarCom team, who will be responsible for leading the development of integrated consumer marketing strategies for Ford’s Integrated Services portfolio to maximize services revenue.

This role will lead the team responsible for the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across the Ford marketing organization and with direct execution channels to bring campaigns to market. In that capacity, this leader will work to execute marketing priorities across paid media, web, search, experiential and authenticated customer experiences across app and web as the “hub of the wheel” for marketing. This leader will be accountable to the Integrated Services General Managers for marketing-driven business outcomes.

What you’ll do…

The Director, Integrated Services Go-to-Market / Marketing Integration will be responsible for building a team to best support the emerging needs of Integrated Services. Key deliverables and responsibilities include:

+ Responsible for development of end-to-end marketing execution plans to deliver on IS team KPIs

+ Lead a team of ~15 strategic go-to-market planners with strong program management skills to deliver tactical marketing approach and working with SMEs/channel owners

+ Advocate for Integrated Services across Ford marketing and channels to gain desired reach/prioritization given business goals

+ Identify new/emerging channels and partnership opportunities to drive business objectives

+ Strategic oversight to drive prioritization of campaigns, balancing needs of business, competing enterprise priorities and the needs of the customer

+ Synthesize consumer, industry and business insights to inform go-to-market strategies

+ Manage a suite of agencies, and surface risks & enablers specific to BlueCruise and other key Integrated Services businesses, with a focus on driving stronger ways-of-working to support Integrated Services’ needs

+ Build a collaborative relationship model across marketing and product teams to ensure Services/Subscriptions messaging is planned in advance for vehicle deadlines

This position requires 30-50% travel and core EST working hours.

You’ll have…

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

+ 10+ years of gradual career growth in enterprise marketing organizations focused on consumer marketing; services/subscription marketing strongly preferred

+ Proven track record delivering high volumes of cross-channel creative that is aligned to a single campaign or brand vision

+ Proven track record positively collaborating with multiple stakeholders at once

+ Direct experience driving process transformation within a large organization

+ Direct experience delivering large scale marketing campaigns with multiple touchpoints

+ Confident operating in matrixed organizations and ability to navigate complex org models

+ Strong marketing analytics skills to elevate performance insights and drive performance

+ Ford vehicle MarCom process knowledge and ability to speak the language of vehicle marketing in order to develop relationships with key internal stakeholders

+ Collaborative leader with ability to identify "win wins’

+ Passion for using data and analytics to inform and action creative development and optimization

+ Strong interest in digital-first product innovation and the intersection of media and technology

+ Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with comfort in pivoting quickly to support fast-moving business needs

+ Passion for thinking through the ‘end user experience’ and guiding creative works towards success with the end user in mind
