Job Description

Seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter Foreman to lead projects in various settings such as medical office buildings, retail spaces, and office fit-outs. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing selective hand demolition, engaging in rough and finish carpentry, hanging drywall, metal stud framing, installing acoustical ceilings, doors, frames, and hardware. The role requires working with both hand and electric tools, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Dress: Jeans, t-shirt, safety boots. Hours: Typically, 6AM-2:30 PM. Teamwork is essential as projects often involve collaboration with 1-2 other carpenters and a foreman. The company culture is friendly and supportive, with a total of 100 field personnel.
