The U.S. Personal Banking Marketing team is looking for talented, creative and ambitious Marketers .

This role is an opportunity to work with a team that support Citi Retail Services – a leader in the payments industry with long-standing partnerships with industry leaders including Best Buy, Macy’s, The Home Depot, L.L. Bean and Wayfair. With a pre-eminent global brand and distribution, CRS delivers industry-leading products, advanced services and payment systems that address clients’ evolving needs.

The AVP, Partner Marketing role will work closely with the VP who leads multiple portfolio – to help lead the development of short and long-term strategic credit marketing plans that drive new accounts, sales, receivables, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

+ Partners with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals.

+ Engages in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, BAU auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues.

+ Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.

+ Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement.

+ Identify and manage issues to resolution.

+ Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution.

+ Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

+ Fully Manage review process on marketing campaigns executed by the partner and Citi

+ Work with the client and Citi agencies to create best in class marketing communications to drive customer action

+ Lead development of campaign results dashboards and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

+ 5-8 years’ experience

+ Requires attention to detail, excellent project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.

+ Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.

+ Curiosity and passion for processes, looking for ways to enhance ways of work; solution-oriented

+ Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

+ Self-starter

Education:

+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$87,360.00 – $131,040.00
