About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Relationship Manager within Global Treasury Management as part of the Strategy, Digital Innovation Group.

In this role, you will:

+ Manage a portfolio of mid- and large-sized Commercial Card (Payables) clients for growth, cross-sale, retention and profitability

+ Collaborate with client’s coverage team (Relationship Manager, Treasury Management Consultant) to expand client’s use of Wells One Commercial Card, Wells One Expense Manger, and Virtual Card products and services

+ Manage client economics (spend volume, working capital, revenue share) to ensure successful outcomes for both the client and Wells Fargo

+ Lead complex initiatives including those that are cross functional with broad impact, and act as key participant in large scale planning for Treasury Management Relationship Management functional area

+ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, large scale and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

+ Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Relationship Management functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables

+ Drive new initiatives within Treasury Management Relationship Management functional area

+ Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Relationship Management peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced relationship managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

+ Lead Treasury Management Relationship Management projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

+ 7+ years of Treasury Management Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

+ 7+ years of experience with Commercial Card clients, products and services, particularly B2B virtual card usage and features

+ Strong understanding of the B2B payments ecosystem, including Travel & Entertainment and Procurement spending as well as ERP and procurement systems

+ Strong understanding of a corporate / commercial client’s Procure to Pay processes

Job Expectations:

+ The ability to travel 25% of the time

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$122,200.00 – $217,200.00
