A top company is looking for an HR Generalist in Highland, IL!
Role is Onsite, M-F8 8AM-5PM
If you have 2 years of increasing responsibility in a progressive HR environment supporting global functions and/or manufacturing operations and a bachelor’s degree please !
Duties:
+ Serves as a key point of contact for employees to connect with the human resources department, while promoting company’s values and providing courteous and timely service to all employees.
+ Leads various employee relations activities such as employee coaching, conducting investigations, and supporting the performance management process.
+ Supports hourly talent acquisition and management activities, including building and maintaining a successful candidate pipeline, diversity and veteran outreach, and serving as a liaison with relevant hiring managers.
+ Strengthens employee retention and engagement through establishing and coordinating the standard onboarding and orientation processes with integrated efforts from various functions.
salary: $31.85 – $31.86 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: Bachelors

+ Coaches and influences frontline leadership regarding relevant policies, practices, laws and regulations to ensure all human resource policies and programs are driving an engaged and accountable culture.
