Job Description

$45 – $46/hr.

Amergis Healthcare Services is actively looking for a Case Manager who would be interested in a 13 week, Full-Time Contract; in Chicago, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Case Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

Specialty: Acute Inpatient Rehab

Pay Rate: $45 – $46/hr.

Schedule:

9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)

Duration:

13 weeks (Likely extension)

Requirements:

· 3+ years of Acute Care experience

· LSW

· Active BLS/CPR Card

· COVID-19 Vaccinated
