The Role at a Glance

As a Senior Consultant, HR Technology, your focus will revolve around leading activities related to the configuration, enhancement, testing, support, and ongoing management of HR Applications with focus on SAP/SuccessFactors. You will provide complex business analysis services to Human Resources guiding the successful design, development and implementation of complex HR automated solutions. As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for HR Technology, a strong analytical mindset, a desire to mentor, within a dynamic collaborative team.

What you’ll be doing

+ Contribute to an environment where technology resources are acting as thought partners; collaborate with stakeholders to make educated technology decisions which favorably impacts the user experience, process and automation.

+ Document and define business requirements and business solutions for projects while partnering with CoEs, including the user’s needs and expectations, the purpose behind this solution, and any high-level constraints that could impact a successful deployment. Facilitate individual/group business requirements meetings as needed.

+ Analyze, review and document complex system solutions in the form of business requirements, workflow charts and system diagrams. Translate business requirements into complex technical specifications for any new enhancement or configuration changes.

+ Manage incoming work; constantly reassessing, applying critical thinking and analytical skills, improving processes through agile tools and techniques (e.g. Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and Proof of Concepts (POC), etc.).

+ Comfortably and proactively present results to business/IT partners and diverse audiences, easily adapting content and style to the audience; deliver appealing solutions.

+ Lead the day-to-day maintenance of complex HR Technology solutions, implementation of new features and functionalities, upgrades, integrations and/or extensions of HR Technology solutions.

+ Support and follow production implementation change management processes including testing, documentation and required approvals.

+ Draft and maintain system and user documentation for enhancements and system modifications which may include end-user training materials and develop test plans.

+ Apply configuration changes and/or coordinate technology changes with external vendors and IT.

+ Serve as the initial point of contact on statuses, issue escalation, and/or opportunities.

+ Develop a strong understanding and serve as a subject matter expert of the HR Processes and HR Technology solutions that support the business.

+ Create and maintain HR process maps.

What we’re looking for

+ 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s) (Minimum Required)

+ 5 – 7+ Years implementing and/or configuring HRIS applications that directly align with the specific responsibilities for this role. (Required)

+ Technical knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors modules including, Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation Management, Succession and Development (Nice to have)

+ SAP ONB 2.0 Implementation (Nice to have)

The pay range for this position is $90,300 – $164,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
