The Strategic Analytics and Adoption Team is looking to expand with a new Senior Adoption Manager.? As a Senior Adoption Manager, you lead successful adoption delivery engagements for clients to maximize end-user efficiency, and satisfaction. You will analyze and present data to identify areas of opportunity, lead internal and external client stakeholders to develop and execute complex adoption plans, and achieve client goals. You will localize the client support plan by understanding adult learning principles, and leveraging behavior change techniques. A successful Adoption Manager will manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects based on contract terms, and propose resolution strategies for project risks, escalating as appropriate. As a leader on the team, you will analyze and report to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved.

Responsibilities
+ Develop adoption plans for large and/or multi-tenant clients ?
+ Cultivate successful relationships with client executive partners and key decision makers ?
+ Manage large and/or multi-tenant client engagements ?
+ Identify issues, issue drivers, serve as partner concern point?
+ Direct, motivate, and grow ?our Adoption Consultant population by managing effectively as a project manager
+ Create and deliver onboarding content relative to your engagements which typically are increased complexity, size, product range
+ Partner with clients to build and implement multi-modal education and support programs ?
+ Detailed progress updates and provide optimal recommendations which filter to our sales team for further ask and follow up
+ Mentor and train other Adoption Managers and chip in to best practice compliance

US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
