The Consulting Services Value Leader position is responsible for surveys for the Strategic Analytics and Adoption team surrounding all Adoption Consulting offerings and further development. They are responsible for the build, implementation, reporting, and improvement of our survey program. They are also responsible for other marketing initiatives for the SAA team and our APEX tool for operationalize excellence. This will allow us to achieve our financial and operational growth plans.

A description of your role as the Consulting Services Value Leader:

+ An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.

+ Works directly with internal counterparts to analyze customer business needs.

+ Responsible for the build, implementation, reporting, and improvement of our survey program.

+ Responsible for all marketing initiatives for the SAA team

+ Accountable for implementation and maintenance of our SAA hub within Apex which improves our operational excellence as a team

+ Owns accountability for process improvement driven by results across the business

Responsibilities

+ Define and build programs, and execute a detailed plan that delivers a steady stream of customer success stories and references to support awareness, demand generation and sales cycles. The success of this role means higher customer satisfaction, retention and expansion of Oracle business. Acquire a deep knowledge of our customer base, existing customer story content, mine and use that content to increase its effectiveness, and manage that content to increase usability and visibility.

+ This position is responsible for surveys for the Strategic Analytics and Adoption team. They are responsible for the build, implementation, reporting, and improvement of our survey program. They are also responsible for other marketing initiatives for the SAA team.

+ Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to design business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Operates independently by applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, leading practices, and creativity to develop business solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Influences customer direction in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals. Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plans. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
