Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at QuickSTAT, our Schiller Park site is looking for a new QuickStat Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.

Your Role

In this role, you would be responsible for monitoring and updating shipment orders using QuickSTAT’s advanced IT enterprise systems, in addition to providing white glove customer experience to our clients. These systems provide real-time tracking and transparency throughout the entire shipment journey-from order entry and pick-up to delivery and every milestone in between. Additionally, you’ll have access to customizable alarms and alerts based on pre-set business rules, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics management.

Your Responsibilities

+ Trackand trace shipments through alarm management and checkpoint verification at keymilestones.

+ Communicate effectively with QuickSTAT vendors (service partnersand airlines / carriers to ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers arebeing satisfied consistently.

+ Work collaboratively with Customer Relationship Managers(CRMs), Customer Service and the Commercial Business Development (BD) team toensure maximum client satisfaction.

+ Identifydiscrepancies and escalate issues to the Management and update clients inconjunction with Customer Service.

+ Ensure all time andtemperature requirements are maintained during transit.

+ Shared responsibilityfor the overview of the department mailbox to include the receipt of newbookings and internal inquiries.

+ Must be able to view computer monitors both at close range anddistance

+ Reporting to the Operational Shift supervisor

+ Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day (2nd Shift 2pm-8pm)

Your Skills and Experiences

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics

+ 6+ Air Logistics experience or equivalent experience

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service

Base compensation is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
