As our Follow Up Supervisor, you will help the Follow Up Department by developing and coaching team members in skills and processes to promote quality, training and educating staff on new process changes, and assisting in establishing and implementing departmental initiatives. In this role you will collaborate with work with the cash posting, credits, performance management, and billing departments. To thrive in this role, you must have intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The supervisor needs to have demonstrated the ability to work well independently and in teams, possess good project management skills, have the ability to prioritize, multitask, work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while demonstrating strong leadership qualities, and good decision-making abilities.

This is a remote role. The supervisor can work in any time zone. The supervisor will work Monday through Friday during business hours between 6am and 5pm in their current time zone.

Here is what you will experience working as a Follow Up Supervisor :

+ Using your knowledge in accounts receivable follow up/team processes and procedures

+ Measure and monitor KPI metrics related to AR performance with an emphasis on aging categories

+ Participate in weekly operations meetings to drive performance excellence while troubleshooting and resolve issues with client concerns with a sense of urgency

+ Establish working relationships with on and offshore counterparts, serving as a liaison between hourly and management staff for training, quality, and general questions

+ Handling timekeeping and human resources matters within Workday

+ Reviewing write offs for approval/denial and respond to accounts escalated to Supervisor

+ Identifying opportunities for escalation to dedicated third party payers, adding accounts to monthly escalation log, working closely with third party payers to answer relevant questions, obtaining appropriate information in pursuit of resolving unpaid claims, and assisting in maintaining log on a monthly basis

Required Skills

+ High School Diploma or GED

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $40,305.57 – $63,822.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
