Job Summary:

The Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in guiding the financial direction of the company. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision making. You will work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and contribute to the company’s financial planning efforts. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying trends, forecasting performance, and advising on financial best practices. With a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset, you will help shape the financial future of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Shared Services to ensure Third Party Commission (3PC) data integrity

- Provide month end reconciliations and financial support to business units

- Provide month end accrual calculations

- Prepare, analyze and assess monthly financial reports for commission trending

- Create and analyze standard and ad-hoc reports

- Develop process accounting improvements and methodology.

- Perform other duties as assigned

Cross Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business initiatives

- Participate in cross functional projects and provide financial expertise

- Represent the finance team in meetings and discussions with other departments

Compliance and Audit

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

- Participate in internal and external audits

- Identify and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with at least 2 years experience.

- Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.

- Proficiency in building models to forecast financial outcomes and assess risk.

- Knowledge of financial software and systems, such as Excel

- Ability to clearly present financial information and make recommendations to stakeholders.

- Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.

- Experience with SAP a plus

Salary range:

$62,000.00 – $99,000.00
