Job Description:

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for oversight of campaign measurement workstreams inclusive of performance reporting, test design/execution, and full-funnel measurement strategy development specific to Paid Media activations. You will work closely with internal and external agency teams to assist in management of measurement initiatives and communicate learnings to relevant stakeholders.

To be effective in this role, you should be knowledgeable in paid media activation, learning agenda development and test design/execution, media attribution and campaign effectiveness evaluation (inclusive of 3rd party measurement landscape), analysis and interpretation of results, and familiarity with advanced analytics solutions (i.e. market mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), and experimentation).

How You’ll Do It

+ Manages all aspects of digital media learning agenda, testing plan, test design, media performance, and delivery. Drives alignment on test design and delivery across Brand marketing teams.

+ Works through analytics and media agency to provide key performance indicator measurement recommendations. Develops the success criteria to measure against.

+ Executes new measurement partnerships through the contractual onboarding process. Manages legal, compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure appropriate compliance across all channels.

+ Identifies and evaluates external vendors to build the digital optimization roadmap.

+ Work with internal analytics teams and agency analytics leads to deliver monthly/quarterly performance reporting

+ Work with media strategy leads (internal and external) and site teams to develop pixel implementation strategy for media attribution purposes

+ Manage vendor partnerships and leverage performance outputs to drive continuous learning and optimization of media buy against identified KPIs

+ Demonstrates technical knowledge of analytical tools and current landscape

+ Develop roadmaps for evolution and execution of advanced analytics projects (MMM, MTA, Experimentation)

+ Oversee development of deliverables pertaining to key performance insights and outputs and present results to leadership team members

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics or Communications

+ 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media Segmentation and Testing, Addressable Media, Design and Analysis of Experiments or related experience

+ In lieu of education, 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Media Segmentation and Testing, Addressable Media, Design and Analysis of Experiments or related experience

Bonus Points If You Have

+ Media agency analytics experience

+ Experience with media pixel and tagging strategy

+ Strong ability to translate and interpret results as well as tailor messaging and presentations to leadership and other audiences as appropriate

+ Experience with advanced analytics solutions such as MMM, MTA, geo experimentation, brand lift studies

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
