Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and optimizing our supply chain strategy. Leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge, you’ll lead a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational excellence and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution of comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics. You will identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement. In demand planning, you will lead forecasting activities, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams, utilizing tools and insights to generate accurate forecasts. You will drive the Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will also include leading supplier relationship management efforts, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supplier performance to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management strategies to balance customer demand with cost efficiency, utilizing advanced analytics to optimize inventory levels.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Wheaton, Illinois and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid In-Office/Remote role after initial weeks in the Wheaton office. Work hours are flexible, generally 8-5pm, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
