The Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional 2 enhances the consumer experience by architecting experiences and cross functionally building capabilities that will positively impact our customers. The Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Experience Strategy & Transformation Professional 2 leads experience and transformational improvement development for an unconventional healthcare consumer experience that will drive the future vision of the company’s core businesses. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in understanding the strategic, operational, and tactical needs of target customers while managing the process, planning, prioritization, and monitoring of supported initiatives.

+ Able to navigate the dimensions and constraints of organizational agility, strategy, risk, and resources to be balanced and integrated as part of the portfolio and organizational decision-making process.

+ Strong proficiency in business case development and cost benefit analysis

+ Track record of structuring a data-driven approach to complex business problems

+ Proven success leading cross functional projects to completion

+ Use metrics and data visualization effectively to report portfolio performance and support decision-making at the team and organizational level

+ Ensure compatibility, operational, integration across all customer experiences.

+ Managing priorities to bring the right level of attention and budget needs to the initiatives that will have the most significant impact on the portfolio

+ To have knowledge of market and industry trends and being able to set and track key KPIs

+ Proficient using all Microsoft programs, Monday.com and Lucid

+ Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analytics

+ Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely

+ Highly motivated, self-driven, and hands-on with a high level of accountability

+ Basic acumen of technology and business operations

+ Closely work with partners to deliver a compelling story about the portfolio’s overall value proposition.

+ Detail oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills

+ Critical thinker who can anticipate team needs and take initiative to present ideas, ask the right questions and deliver the highest quality work

+ Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines

+ Ability to interpret assignments and understand department strategy

+ Excellent time management skills

+ Experience making decisions and working independently with little supervision

+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$57,700 – $79,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
