Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a global compliance strategy to support various initiatives in the Global Compliance Operations (GCO) functions. Assists in developing effective compliance tools and tracking mechanisms to automate department initiatives. Supports compliance initiatives relating to compliance training, communications, and governance. Assists in project management of global, cross-functional initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Supports project management and execution of key GCO initiatives, including, but not limited to: WBAcompliance training and communications, WBA policy enhancements, and other process improvementsand workflow tools.

+ Supports enhancements of global compliance intranet sites and onboarding materials to improvecompliance visibility and education.

+ Provides project management and operational support for Compliance governance committees including Global Training Steering Committee.

+ Identifies opportunities to improve and streamline compliance processes and leverages Data Analyticsand Monitoring resources to implement.

+ Analyzes and aggregates data into summary reports, monitors progress of metrics, and recommendsaction plans to proactively address issues.

+ Works cross-functionally with other functions (e.g., Pharmacy Operations, Boots Loss Prevention,Legal, Asset Protection, HR) to support compliance projects.

+ Responds to inquiries arising from compliance training and other initiatives.

+ Authors compliance awareness communications and develops presentations and materials for VP Global Compliance Operations as needed.

External Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree and Compliance and/or General Office experience OR High School/GED and at least 3 years of Compliance and/or General Office experience

+ Knowledge of visual design

+ Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using functions, pivot tables, filters, specialformatting).

+ Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizinganimation and/or setting automatic slide timings).

+ Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience learning & adopting new tools, systems, and technologies to maximize results and driveefficiencies.

+ Experience using organizational skills and paying close attention to detail for analysis purposes

+ Experience creating technology-driven efficiencies with data analytics, visualization, and automation.

+ Experience organizing and overseeing initiatives involving multiple teams and workstreams.

+ Experience working with confidential or highly-sensitive information.

+ Experience creating and maintaining content on websites and delivering multi-channelcommunications.

+ Experience writing and editing communications tailored by audience and channel.

+ Experience building interactive training with e-learning software programs.
