The Senior Culture and Engagement Professional manages all aspects of culture and engagement projects, including activities designed to foster associates experience and engagement aligned with the company’s culture and values. The Senior Culture and Engagement Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Culture and Engagement Professional administers Associate Experience programs and activities to advance the culture within CenterWell. Makes recommendations on changes or additions to the program to reflect changing needs of employees. Uses data and analytics from associate engagement survey. Develops creative, clear-written material in support of the organization’s communications strategies as they related to culture and engagement. Helps plan and develop internal or external communications. Implements change management, development planning, competency models, employee on-boarding, recognition programs and career development. Helps design learning materials and systems as well as facilitate learning to associates. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ 5 or more years of program or project management experience

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and especially Excel

+ Demonstrated people leadership and collaboration experience required

+ Superior attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities

+ Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present in large groups

+ Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use data for presenting and concluding results for enhancing people experience

+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

+ Proven ability to improve existing processes

+ Demonstrated ability to present to various audiences and Leadership teams

+ Ability to build relationships, and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members

+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

+ Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field

+ Experience leading and managing teams

+ Regulatory and compliance experience

+ Background or familiarity with operations

+ Previous experience with Organizational effectiveness, Organization design, and or HR Business Partner

Additional Information

Work-At-Home Requirements:

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
  • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$76,800 – $105,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
