Job Description:

The Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI team is responsible for turning the systems data into a winning advantage through delivery of data products, platforms, analytics, and services to the system. Creation of team to define and build the future state Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI organization and managing delivery of the use cases and value committed to in the DAA business case.

+ Provides expertise and act as the voice of business within organization design workstream to ensure the markets and functions needs are being recognized

+ Collaborate with functional and market partners across the business to understand needs and opportunities to implement new capabilities and ways of working

+ Collaborate with organizational design workstream to assess the current organizational structure and identify areas for optimization for the business hub

+ Collaborate with Change Management workstream to identify impacts from organizational changes and craft change strategy for business partners

+ Develop understanding of communication patterns, collaboration dynamics, and information flow within the organization.

+ Apply experience with and understanding of McDonald’s processes, systems, and practices to advise and shape the future enterprise DAA Business Hub and Spoke.

Qualifications:

+ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field required; Master’s preferred

+ Data and AI Experience: 5+ years of business experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related fields.

+ Leadership Skills: 2+ years in a management role with demonstrated experience shaping transformation initiatives across the business by understanding function and markets/geographical area needs.

+ Organizational Structure Expertise: Strong understanding of organizational design principles for analytics, optimizing business structures, and industry experience for Data and AI functions

+ Business Process Experience: Understanding of business processes, operations, and strategic planning for Data and AI functions.

+ Cross-functional Experience: Experience working in cross-functional, global teams and leading complex projects.
