Job Description:

The Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI team is responsible for turning the systems data into a winning advantage through delivery of data products, platforms, analytics, and services to the system. Creation of team to define and build the future state Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI organization and managing delivery of the use cases and value committed to in the DAA business case.

+ Provides expertise and act as the voice of business within organization design workstream to ensure the markets and functions needs are being recognized

+ Collaborate with functional and market partners to understand needs and opportunities for new processes and ways of working

+ Collaborate with process and governance team to design the future state operating framework for the business hub and spokes (e.g. demand intake, portfolio management, funding, etc.)

+ Collaborate with Organisational Change workstream to identify impacts from business process changes and craft change strategy for business partners

+ Support market enablement planning activities and engagement with market partners to understand current processes and plans to implement new DAA capabilities

+ Apply experience with and understanding of McD processes, systems, and practices to advise and craft the future enterprise DAA Business Hub and Spoke

Qualifications:

+ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field required; Master’s preferred

+ Data and AI Experience: 5+ years of business experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related fields.

+ Leadership Skills: 2+ years in a management role with proven experience shaping transformation initiatives across the business by understanding function and markets/geographical area needs.

+ Data and AI Process Expertise: Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and strategic planning for Data and AI functions.

+ Governance Experience: Experience designing or supporting governance frameworks for Data and AI functions.

+ Cross-functional Experience: Experience working in cross-functional, global teams and leading complex projects.
