Job Description:

The Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI team is responsible for turning the systems data into a winning advantage through delivery of data products, platforms, analytics, and services to the system. Creation of team to define and build the future state Enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI organization and managing delivery of the use cases and value committed to in the DAA business case.

+ Assist with the general program maintenance and administration, ensuring all workstream teams have the adequate resources to succussed.

+ Lead project documentation, including program plans and changes, reports, and other general project management tasks.

+ Coordinate meeting, workshops and program events by scheduling meetings, prepping agenda objectives, and taking notes.

+ Facilitate communicate and collaborate amongst workstream, leadership, and Accenture.

+ Identify program risk, issues, and dependencies to provide transparency to leadership. Must be a strong problem solver and identify alternative strategies of mitigating the potential program impact.

+ Provide insight to leadership on the general program status, providing detail information of the workstream accomplishments and upcoming goals.

Qualifications:

+ Expertise in Project Management Principles: Prior experience in project management methodologies, tools, techniques.

+ Professional Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

+ Education Background: Bachelors in Business Administration or a related field.

+ Organizational and Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, while being detailed oriented when documentation program status. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skilsl to communicate effective with partners.

+ Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving skills to drive decisions to ensure the success of the program. Prior experience driving organizational change and adoption of new process or technologies.

+ Business Acumen: Have basic understand of business operations, financial management principles, and risk management practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Candidate must be adaptable to change and quick to respond to change to support the program delivery.
