What You Will Do:

We are seeking a results-driven, strategic resource with proven clinical expertise in delivering disruptive solutions. The Director – Clinical Data & Insights, will deliver to the US market the data structures and insights required to deliver the RLDatix Safety Institute value proposition.

The RLDatix Safety Institute is a new initiative, and you will play a critical role in developing and executing. It is our US market facing name for the Patient Safety Organization (PSO), a legal entity certified with the The Agency of Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). This position will require a credentialed clinician to oversee the reporting and insights for the Safety Institute participants. Anticipate running leaning communities on specific research opportunities across clinical healthcare operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our market and business objectives.

The successful candidate will work alongside Strategy, Sales, Product Marketing and Digital and Content teams while owning and driving value creation for US customers leveraging derived data insights form the Safety Institute. Driving operational results and pivoting when strategies are not delivering expected results will be critically important.

Key Responsibilities

· Safety Institute Execution:

o Develop and execute value strategies, customer collaboration, data insights for learning communities to implement.

o Work with broad databases that collect safety incidents, compliance, policy, workforce management scheduling and provider credentialing data.

o Work with internal and external technical data scientists to extract and analyse data for insights. Analysis will include the use of modern AI tools developed within or with partners.

o Individual contributor that will deliver against Safety Institute objectives and operations metrics.

o Maintain compliance with HHS operational requirements.

o Deliver structured data insights supporting publications and thought leadership strategies.

o Work closely with internal leaders to drive alignment and execution.

o Envision and implement change for continuous improvement.

· Collaboration:

o Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment against RLDatix strategic goals.

o Collaborate with other departments, such as product, professional services, and customer support, to create cohesive messaging and value propositions.

o Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.

· Market Research: Monitor industry trends and stay updated on clinical taxonomies that drive RLDatix data structures and taxonomies. Participate in PSO industry communities.

Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need:

· RN degree or other relevant clinical background

· PSO experience

· 10+ years of experience in healthcare with clinical focus.

· Proven experience in clinical data models backed with defendable structures and taxonomies per relevant market segments or care settings.

· Ability to derive strong data insights, analytics, or reporting from structured clinical datasets.

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret clinical / workflow analytics.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

· Creative problem-solving skills and passion for innovation.

· Willing to travel for events on local and regional levels with occasional visits to the HQ in the USA.
