Manager, ESG Reporting at a Glance....
The Manager, ESG Reporting will be a member of KHC's Global Financial Reporting function and will report to the ESG Controller. You will play a key role in supporting the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting program by developing and managing the ESG regulatory reporting process, driving continued improvement and alignment with evolving reporting frameworks, standards, regulations, and best practices, and advocating on ESG issues.

Manage and develop the regulatory ESG reporting process from beginning to end including performing initial readiness work, developing and documenting related policies and procedures, performing the initial gap analysis and ensuring timely reporting and disclosure of required information
Identify and drive necessary improvements in data collection and content development.
Identify potential challenges and proactively manage them to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Collaborate with key internal cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance, Sustainability, Operations, Legal, etc. as well as internal and external auditors and consultants to establish proper processes and controls around the ESG reporting process
Ensure alignment with ESG disclosure requirements and best practices; Benchmark ESG performance and reporting against peers and industry best practice and recommend opportunities for improvement
Create internal alignment and awareness within the functions and governance structures regarding the preparation of annual reports and other submissions to improve ESG reporting and disclosure
Manage the development and execution of ESG controls including working with the business to address any control gaps and related remediation efforts, as applicable
Develop insights and recommendations to improve the ESG reporting process to meet shifting expectations and regulations and respond to newly announced disclosure requirements, regulatory inquiries, and additional initiatives, as needed
Possess the ability and confidence to work well with a broad range of teams across the firm, consistently helping to develop investor-grade reporting
Effectively supervise and oversee the ESG Sr Analyst

5+ years' experience in accounting, compliance or regulatory reporting roles. Professional certifications and/or ESG-related experience is strongly preferred
Degree in Finance or Accounting or other business discipline (e.g. Sustainability Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Data Analytics) required
Strong understanding of SEC financial reporting requirements, PCAOB compliance standards, Sarbanes Oxley, and ESG reporting standards
Excellent project management skills and an ability to manage multiple complex projects and diverse stakeholders
Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable information and plans.
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a matrix environment with multiple customers and evaluators
Excellent influencing and leadership skills along with being detail oriented, self-motivated, and having the ability to meet project deadlines and deliverablesLocation(s)Chicago/Aon Center
