Senior Analyst, ESG Reporting at a Glance....
The Senior Analyst, ESG Reporting will be a member of KHC's Global Financial reporting function and will report to the ESG Controller. You will play a key role in supporting the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting program by assisting in the development and execution of the ESG related regulatory reporting. This will include assisting the ESG Reporting Manager in performing the initial readiness review, developing and formalizing the reporting process, and ensuring data is complete, accurate and auditable.

Prepare materials to deliver to senior management and assist in the development, documentation and execution of the ESG disclosure reporting program
Develop formal policies and practices to ensure information is accurate, complete and in compliance with related regulatory requirements, appropriate standards, and frameworks
Identify potential challenges and work closely with the ESG Controllership team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
Execute related control activities and work with the business to address any control gaps and related remediation efforts, as applicable
Collaborate with key internal cross-functional stakeholders and data owners as well as internal and external auditors and consultants
Develop insights and recommendations to improve the ESG reporting process to meet shifting expectations and regulations
Possess the ability and confidence to work well with a broad range of teams across the firm, consistently helping to develop high-quality reporting
Conduct ongoing benchmarking of ESG and sustainability disclosures relative to our peers, industry trends, and best practices

3+ years of experience in accounting, compliance or regulatory reporting. Professional certifications and/or ESG-related experience is strongly preferred
Degree in Finance or Accounting or other business discipline (e.g. Sustainability Management, Environmental Economics, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Data Analytics) required
Strong understanding of SEC financial reporting requirements, PCAOB compliance standards, Sarbanes Oxley, and ESG reporting standards
Excellent project management skills and an ability to manage multiple complex projects and diverse stakeholders
Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable information and plans
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a matrix environment with multiple customers and evaluators
Excellent influencing and leadership skills while also being detail oriented, self-motivated and having the ability to meet project deadlines and deliverablesLocation(s)Chicago/Aon Center
