Specialist, Engineering Transitions

Job Summary:
Implement JLIZs Reliability & Asset Management solution on new, expanded, and/or renewed client accounts. Success will be measured by IFM platform, account team, and client satisfaction based on meeting the objectives of the JLL foundational expectations and MSA requirements.

The primary functions for this position include project management, client management and self-directed process execution. This position is required to balance scope, time, cost, and quality, while maintaining high standards for successful implementation and support of our Reliability & Asset Management solution.

Role Requirements:
Support IFM transitions for new accounts, expansions, or renewals utilizing JLL Corporate Solutions standard processes and best practices.

Evaluate clients/accounts for need, value and readiness for Reliability & Asset Management activities.

Utilizing a combination of existing and new tools, prepare strategy, systems and action plans for implementation of Reliability & Asset Management for client sites around the globe.

Implement action plans through a variety of resources, to include self, direct reports, matrixed reports, peers, clients and third-party firms.
Monitor, communicate and escalate project status.

Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering generally attained through studies resulting in a B.S., in engineering, a related discipline, or its equivalent and applicable industry experience.

Knowledge of high-quality building engineering practices in a variety of environments, preferably to include direct experience in general office, manufacturing, life sciences, and critical environments.

Demonstrated experience in reliability engineering and/or asset/systems lifecycle engineering.

Certification as Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional is highly desirable.

A working understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
