Role/ Department: Talent Management Associate Consultant / Global Talent Practices

We are seeking a Talent Management Associate Consultant to join our Chicago-based Global Talent Practices team. This role will provide operational support for our global recognition and engagement programs, acting as a "Super User" for Qualtrics and Achievers tools and may support other talent programs as needed over time.

The successful candidate will support the program lead for our employee engagement survey and recognition programs in developing and maintaining project and communications plans, event planning, and other coordination needs. They will also assist in material development and working within the technology platforms that support those programs.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
Support the program lead in developing and maintaining project and communications plans, process, tools, educational materials and other documentation to enable the employee engagement and recognition program.
Act as a "Super User" for Qualtrics and Achievers systems, managing user inquiries, monitoring usage, identifying enhancements and performing minor configuration activities. Partner with our HR technology team on integration or support activities.
Supports program lead and partners with other Northern Trust teams on event planning for recognition programs.
Assist in gathering and analyzing data in support of recognition and engagement programs.
May assist team members with other talent programs such as succession planning, talent review, performance management and career growth, as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

University Degree in related field; relevant certifications preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
Minimum of 2 years in talent management, organizational development, HR or related experience.
Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse set of stakeholders.
Ability to plan and manage workstreams or small talent management programs and projects; strong detail orientation.
Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong skills in MS PowerPoint
Interest in learning new tools such as Qualtrics, Achievers or MS
