Job Description:

The Project (Activity) Manager role is part of the Mars Food North America Project (Activity) Management team and is responsible for successfully managing projects to bring new products to the market as well as product and packaging changes. The role involves facilitating cross-functional project teams, developing timelines, risk management and the managing the artwork process. The project manager partners with a broad range of functions including Marketing, Supply, R&D, Finance and procurement to ensure tasks are completed to enable successful on-time project delivery. The scope of the projects includes Ben's Original and Seeds of Change brands across both the US and Canadian markets.

What are we looking for?

  • Higher Eeducation Degree
  • 3-5 years of project & process management experience
  • Ability to build and lead effective project teams
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams



What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Build and lead effective project teams, and problem solving while managing or supporting projects
  • Track and monitor projects from new products development through to execution
  • Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement
  • Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility & conflict management skills to proactively manage and mitigate issues
  • Communicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status, issues and recommendations
