About this job:
TheE-Com Strategic Insights Lead role is responsible for driving outcomes & value for clients. This role also has/developsdeepknowledge of ecommerce and the CPG/Gen Merch industry to identify new opportunities and engagement for NIQ Ecommerce Solutions to drive value at the client. Works successfully across a matrixed organization structure, fully leveraging the existing service model.
Job Responsibilities:

Identifying thought leadership and insights opportunities for NIQ Services and Solution to helpclientsachieve strategic objectives

Lead/support development or customization of thought leadership for sales decks, email outreach and social media engagement to drive interest in new capabilities

SupportingtheAccount Development teamthroughout the sales cyclewith insights

Present in client meetings, industry webinars and conferences to highlight value of NIQ E-commerce solutions and the insights they provide

Building and maintainingstrongclient relationshipsas a part of the thought leadership process; work to expand presence in client organizations in partnership with Account Development and Client Success teams

Lead/support client pilots to help drive successful product engagement

Strong project management skills

Collaborating with internal teams to develop insights and thought leadership that meet client needs

Full comprehension of NIQ services and solutions you are accountable to support

Sales Target Responsibility: Indirect, actively identifying opportunities to support Account and Sales Leaders in achieving quarterly and yearly Sales Targets

Key internal interface relationships: AccountLeaders, Client Consulting team, Client Delivery Team, Internal Leadership team, etc.

Key external interface relationships: Client receiving NielsenIQ Service or Solution
Other Areas of Focus:

Determining ROI of NIQ recommendations and solutionsbased on knowledge of client needs uncovered during JBP

Continue to develop a consultative approach to client businessissues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facing

Successfully manage stakeholder personasQualifications

College/UniversityDegree

7+ years industry experience - E-Commerce solutions, CPG, information, technology, and analytics.

Experience with Digital shelf analytics, Consumer Panels, and Ecommerce measurement solutions required

Demonstrated strength in insights generation

Passion for building client engagement

Demonstrated strength in public speaking

Prior experience with NielsenIQ solutions, or competitor E-Commerce solutions
