Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to lead SGS & Co's Image Carrier Line of Business ("LOB"). Each LOB is part of one of SGS & Co's three Groups (Creative Platform, Brand Guardianship, and Merchandising Services). Each Group is comprised of one or more Lines of Business ("LOBs"). Each LOB serves clients through one or more Services.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results
Establish and deliver the annual Controllable Contribution Margin and Capital budget for the Executive Vice President's Line of Business and the Services and Client Teams within the Executive Vice President's Line of Business.
Effectively lead and manage the Executive Vice President's Line of Business' team members while consistently living the SGS & Co core values.
Rigorously adhere to the SGS & Co Operating System and Ways of Working
Serve and actively participate as a member of the Executive Vice President's Group's Senior Leadership Team ("SLT").
Be an active and committed partner to the SGS & Co Shared Service leaders and practitioners.
Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
This position requires the following knowledge and skills:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, however a Master of Business Administration degree is preferred.
At least ten years cumulative experience successfully leading a comparably sized business or corporate division with full (non-matrixed) accountability for the revenue, controllable expenses, and capital investments for that business or corporate division.
Demonstrated ability to excel at leading teams, developing talent, and working through others to consistently deliver budgeted annual, quarterly, and monthly financial and operational results.
Demonstrated ability to excel as a teammate on a senior leadership team and to senior shared services leaders.

Superior quantitative and analytical skills
Exceptional empathy, compassion, and ability to connect with all regardless of station, title, position, or background.
Proven ability to exercise personal discipline, discretion, and appropriate emotional management.

Qualifications

Education
Masters of Business Administration (preferred)
Bachelors (required)
