Job Description

Job Description: Collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. Support business processes that require the design or integration of technical solutions across multiple functions of the business. Understand technical complexities, relay them to the team, provide insight into the accuracy of estimations, identify risks and propose solutions, and provide insights to the working team and stakeholders. Perform detailed data profiling activities to validate requirements, maintain data lineage of applications, and document detailed data flow between different sub-systems. Maintain responsibility for various deliverables, such as use-cases, data flows, process flows, impact analyses, and other project artifacts and process work. Work on large-scale software and web development and data driven projects in the finance and credit ratings industries. Support Product Owners and other key stakeholders, fostering transparent communication and productive collaboration. Collaborate with Agile coaches to identify and deliver targeted training sessions, bolstering Agile proficiency across the squad. Work with business analysis and requirements management; Qlik; workflows and workflow-related systems; large-scale software and web development; data-driven projects in the finance and credit ratings industries; SDLC, including the implementation of business applications; Agile; productivity tools, including Jira, JQL, Dashboards, Confluence, and Custom Charts; requirements gathering using interviewing, requirements workshop, prototyping, brainstorming, document analysis, Joint Requirement Planning (JRP) sessions, Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, and RISK, GAP, and Impact analysis; ensuring seamless integration of designs with UI/UX designers; SQL queries to extract and analyze data from legacy systems; web services-related concepts, including REST, KAFKA, XML, WSDL, HTML, SOA, API, and web architecture; financial reporting and operational reporting KPIs; API integration and API testing; Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD); UML modeling; BPMN; Sequence and Activity diagrams; Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) using MS VISIO; CI/CD Development Tools; INVEST and SMART to write User Stories and Sprint Goals; Agile estimations using Fibonacci sequence; Business Process Management platforms, including Pega PRPC and Appian; and, JIRA software and Confluence (Atlassian).

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Management, or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with business analysis and requirements management; Qlik; workflows and workflow-related systems; large-scale software and web development; data-driven projects in the finance and credit ratings industries; SDLC, including the implementation of business applications; Agile; productivity tools, including Jira, JQL, Dashboards, Confluence, and Custom Charts; requirements gathering using interviewing, requirements workshop, prototyping, brainstorming, document analysis, Joint Requirement Planning (JRP) sessions, Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, and RISK, GAP, and Impact analysis; ensuring seamless integration of designs with UI/UX designers; SQL queries to extract and analyze data from legacy systems; web services-related concepts, including REST, KAFKA, XML, WSDL, HTML, SOA, API, and web architecture; financial reporting and operational reporting KPIs; API integration and API testing; Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD); UML modeling; BPMN; Sequence and Activity diagrams; Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) using MS VISIO; CI/CD Development Tools; INVEST and SMART to write User Stories and Sprint Goals; Agile estimations using Fibonacci sequence; Business Process Management platforms, including Pega PRPC and Appian; and, JIRA software and Confluence (Atlassian).  In the alternative, the employer will accept seven (7) years of experience with business analysis and requirements management; Qlik; workflows and workflow-related systems; large-scale software and web development; data-driven projects in the finance and credit ratings industries; SDLC, including the implementation of business applications; Agile; productivity tools, including Jira, JQL, Dashboards, Confluence, and Custom Charts; requirements gathering using interviewing, requirements workshop, prototyping, brainstorming, document analysis, Joint Requirement Planning (JRP) sessions, Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, and RISK, GAP, and Impact analysis; ensuring seamless integration of designs with UI/UX designers; SQL queries to extract and analyze data from legacy systems; web services-related concepts, including REST, KAFKA, XML, WSDL, HTML, SOA, API, and web architecture; financial reporting and operational reporting KPIs; API integration and API testing; Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD); UML modeling; BPMN; Sequence and Activity diagrams; Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) using MS VISIO; CI/CD Development Tools; INVEST and SMART to write User Stories and Sprint Goals; Agile estimations using Fibonacci sequence; Business Process Management platforms, including Pega PRPC and Appian; and, JIRA software and Confluence (Atlassian).
