What will you be doing?

In this role, you will engage directly with clients as a trusted business partner to translate Circana's analytical expertise, including forecasting, pricing and promotion, assortment/item incrementality and other analytic techniques, into actionable insights.

You'll develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses cross-functionally and a strong knowledge of new and emerging analytic solutions (both Circana and industry) that anticipate and strategically position Circana clients for success.

You'll apply business savvy and consultative sales capabilities to client engagement to convert insights into revenue and margin contributions for Circana Analytics.

J ob Responsibilities

Analytical Capability: Evaluate data with passion and attention to detail, find key points, and approach clients with coherent, actionable, and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business need(s).

Consultative Selling: Identify business issues and opportunities by applying knowledge of industry, clients' business, and Analytics, to suggest the appropriate level of analytic solution/approach.

Impactful Presence : Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, questioning techniques, active listening, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to respectfully challenge and adapt messages on the fly as the situation presents itself.

Client Focus:Execute with excellence and a relentless focus on adding value, assessing business needs, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining a position as a strategic partner.

Strategic Approach to Growth: Focus on both short and long-term growth to forward the business in the "now" and plan and prepare for the "future" with a focus on how we are going to reach those goals through results driven collaboration, industry and data expertise, and relationship building.

Key Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, market research or business related field. An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience solving business issues with the application of analytics, leveraging data in a research or consultative setting, or applicable Master's degree
  • Ability to engage in a consultative manner with the team, demonstrating strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstration of business savvy and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability in data mining, working with large data sets
  • Ability to glean and integrate insights from a variety of data sources
  • Operational discipline including working with a team
  • Highly organized, demonstrated ability to manage projects and balance competing client priorities
  • A practical versus academic understanding of analytics applications in Econometric modeling

This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $64,000.00 to $92,000.00.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
