Job Description
Update and maintain 13-week cash forecast and variance analysis. Working with stakeholders to understand inputs and variances. Work with Treasury Operations to ensure adequate liquidity throughout the legal entity structure.
Continuously refine forecasting models based on actual results.
Coordinate banking relationships and manage bank accounts. Develop and execute investment strategies for surplus funds.
Work with IT, Accounting and Tax to implement effective cash handling tools which may include multi-lateral netting, cash pooling, in-house bank and other techniques to minimize surplus cash.
Work with Treasurer to assess capital structure and borrowing needs, assist with funding requirements and projections.
Optimize debt terms to minimize interest costs.
Identify and assess financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate risk.
Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes affecting the treasury function.
Prepare and present regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls related to treasury operations.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Supervise and mentor treasury staff, if applicable.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :65,600 USD
Maximum :104,100 USD
