Job Description

ZS Associates, Inc. is hiring an Associate Manager – Product (ref. Code 017331.000119 in Evanston, IL.

Duties: Work with client teams, customers, UX and Product Management to understand business requirements and customer pain points; Ramp up on products to understand the requirements in context of products; Perform low level research to break down high level business requirements into written detailed requirements consumable by engineering teams; Problem solve complex requirements and use cases to create intuitive and creative solution; Conduct requirements review sessions; Articulate the requirements with help of visuals; Participate in scrum/sprint meetings to provide clarity on requirements and acceptance criteria at requirement level; Explain design decisions to you peers and articulate the advantages and risks of their decisions to senior managers; Manage and track requirements change requests; Work with client teams to get an agreement on scope of changes and enhancements to existing products; Work with Content Writer(s) to develop product release notes, training material and user guide updates; Demo the product to client teams when required; Become go to person for how products are used and configured; and Support Senior Product Managers on GTM activities and client roadmap sessions. Domestic/international travel required based on company/client need.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Technology Management, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience in business analysis or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Technology Management, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and two (2) years of experience in business analysis.
