PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
The Messaging and Identity Analyst is responsible for the management, planning, installation, and maintenance of IT Messaging and Identity platforms for the various operations in the GROWMARK/FS System: Corporate, Member and Subsidiaries.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provides for the strategic direction, management, oversight, installation, administration, and maintenance of the GROWMARK/FS Active Directory and Messaging infrastructure including Microsoft Exchange and other 3rd party Email platforms, and Tier2/3 technical expertise supporting Microsoft core technologies.

Provides operational management, planning, support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Exchange environment including: On premise Exchange, Hybrid Exchange configurations, Office 365 Exchange Online and related services.

Provides operational management, planning, support and troubleshooting for the Active Directory System including: supporting the Microsoft Active Directory forests as a domain administrator; and provisioning, troubleshooting and de-provisioning domain controllers, users and objects as well as supporting the ADFS Active Directory Federation Services infrastructure and services.

Proactively review, recommend, implement, and verify changes/solutions of high complexity and risk to meet customer requirements; following all required change management processes.

Work closely with team members, which may be virtual, 3rd party and/or multi-functional; and be seen as a trusted advisor inside and outside the team.

Provides recommendations and planning for future Messaging and Identity technologies.

Assists in the development, review and recommendations of policies and procedures for supported IT Messaging and Identity platforms.

Support Microsoft and Linux-based Messaging platforms on a regular basis including administration, configuration and troubleshooting of the infrastructure and administrative functions.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Prepares monthly status reports, project summaries, and technical recommendations.

Coordinates small to medium sized projects and multi-divisional and Corporate initiatives.

Participates in client meetings, training classes, seminars and conferences as required.

Provides training on Identity and Messaging and makes formal presentationsto clients throughout the GROWMARK/FS system as required.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a Bachelor of Science degree in an IT discipline and 6 years' experience, or 10+ years' relevant work experience.

Background or knowledge of distributed systems, networking, use and support of SSL Certificates, scripting and managing Windows and Linux Server environments.

Background and experience leading technical projects in an Enterprise setting including ITIL or other service management experience.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Occasionally required to work non-standard or extended hours.

Must carry a mobile communication device and respond to after-hours support calls.

Required travel up to 25% of the time for projects and to provide support, and may be required to work hours considered outside of a normal workday, and overnight travel.

Occasionally required to lift 21-50 lbs.

A valid passport and the ability to travel to Canada are required.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
