Job Description

Our client, a leader in Digital Technology that we use in our everyday lives, is seeking a Maintenance Technician with PLC's, circuit boards, wiring, and networking, along with great mechanical experience.
Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing environment with automation experience, PLC (Siemens and Allen Bradley), AC/DC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-4 years of vocational and/or maintenance technician experience.
Technical degree from an accredited institution.
Hours: 3pm-11pm
Pay based on experience plus a 2.00 shift differential.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment using technical blueprints and schematics.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure machines are set up according to daily schedules.
Investigate equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Adhere to ISO standards and ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, eliminating safety hazards.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
Communicate unresolved issues to management promptly.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for critical repairs.
Train colleagues on equipment maintenance and operational procedures.
Follow and participate in plant safety and housekeeping guidelines.
