Position at Total Mechanical Service
Are you an experienced Commercial Appliance Technician looking for the next step in your career?
Are you ready to take the reins and lead the branch?
YOUR ROLE:
*Prioritize new, unscheduled service calls to enable area service technicians to best meet customer needs in the assigned market.
*Provide direct supervision and coaching to all service technicians.
*Establish daily and on-call schedules for all service technicians.
*Directly respond to customers regarding service-related issues in the assigned areas.
*Offer technical support to the branch parts department as needed.
*Provide technical support to branch service technicians in the field to quickly resolve issues.
*Report to the Branch Service Manager to address issues related to your service area and technicians.
*Assist the Branch Manager with the recruitment and training of new service technicians.
*Maintain all licenses required to perform services and installations.
*Participate in any training classes or meetings mandated by management to retain this position.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Complete all necessary paperwork promptly as assigned by the Branch Manager.
*Reach out to customers for leads, service issues, and site surveys as instructed.
*Lead or supervise weekly technical/safety meetings as mandated by the Branch Service Manager.
*Remain on-call and available to assist service technicians with technical support during nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
*Carry out additional duties as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 yrs of age or older.
Must have a driving record that meets our safety guidelines.
Must complete a background and drug screen.
2+ years in a lead or supervisor position in the field.
EPA Certification Required.
CFESA certification a plus.
RSES certification a plus.
