Job Summary

Provides analytical and administrative support for the Human Resources team. Works closely with the HR team to provide support as needed on confidential HR matters, plans, programs, and special projects.

Responsibilities

Generate and coordinate personalized employee mailings using mail merge functionality
Partner with team members, other departments, and business partners to complete projects
Manage HR content within company websites (file swaps, annual content reviews, library maintenance, etc.)
Assist with online and offline business process transactions that support the HR function
Review, tabulate, and enter data into a variety of systems
Perform I-9 form audits and administration
Assist with data collection and analysis for compliance, reporting and other projects
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

Qualifications
Ability to interpret and understand rules/regulations governing the work being completed and the impact work has on the department or company
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving, initiative, and accountability skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High School or GED
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
A minimum of two (2) years of related experience
Additional Information
The national pay range for this role is $37,800 - $67,400 per year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.
In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
