Job Description

Position: Machine Operator (Device Plant) 11287 Kiley Drive, Huntley, IL 60142
Wage: $23.40 plus $0.50 shift differential
Shift: Training on the first shift (7:am - 3:pm) for minimum of two months before taking over the 2nd shift (3:pm - 11:pm). *overtime may be required.

What You'll Be Doing:
Sets up thermoforming machines for operation
Mounts dies, molds and loads rolls of raw materials into the machine.
Engages machine to produce parts and maintains continuous operation.
Performs troubleshooting and quality control checks.
Performs routine maintenance on machines.
Works with Packer/Inspectors to resolve any quality issues as needed.
Directs Packers/Inspectors to work in other areas when machine is down for troubleshooting or set up.
Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
Performs other work duties or functions as assigned.

High school Diploma or equivalent
Must have experience in Industrial Maintenance
5 + years machine operating experience
Experience with Thermoformers and hand-held tools
You are can complete physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, reading, writing and talking.
You can Lift up to 50 pounds.
You have Good written and verbal communication skills
You have Good manual dexterity and agility.
You have Good leadership skills.
