Job Summary:
The Jutras lab is recruiting an eager, talented postdoctoral associate to study the biology and pathogenesis of Borrelia burgdorferi— the Lyme disease spirochete. We are seeking someone with exceptional expertise in mouse immunology and/or bacteriology to join our team.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Conducting molecular, cellular, and/or experimental models of infection
- Designing experimental approaches, data analysis, background research
- Preparing manuscripts, grant writing, and other scholarly activities

Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD in Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology (or related fields)
Minimum Competencies: (Skills, knowledge, and abilities.)
- Molecular Biology techniques
- Able/willing to perform bacterial infectious disease studies in experimental animal models
