We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our radiation oncology Inside Sales Specialist team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing internal relationships cross functionally, and ensuring the growth and profitability of our radiation oncology product line. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically in radiation oncology, and a proven track record in sales management leading a team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our product adoption rates, within the radiation oncology sector.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing inside sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and budgets, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics in Salesforce, providing regular reports to senior management, and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with new products, product adoption, industry trends, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
Sales Support: Collaborate with sales management, marketing, product management, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales processes.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our radiation oncology products and services, effectively communicating their benefits and features to customers.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MHA) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role within the healthcare industry. Experience in radiation oncology or a related field is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work cross funtionally.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of radiation oncology products and services.
