Job Description
Responsible for program development and implementation of a comprehensive supplier management strategy to optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality standards.
Responsible for performance monitoring & reporting and ensuring compliance with contractual terms
Delivery of financial targets in line with business expectations. Continuously drives the development of opportunities and identifies, agrees, and executes these projects
Act as a primary point of contact for all business collaborations ensuring that the overall relationship is healthy
Maintain strong partnership with suppliers, conducting regular meeting cadence reporting on key metrics.
Establish Standard Business Processes to accelerate pipeline development, commercialization and end to end supply chain excellence
Track, analyze and evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement
Track & analyze business line spend reporting to Category Management and Client Delivery
Deliver briefs, updates, and reports to management and project teams as and when required
Utilize and enhance supply chain data analytics to assess current portfolio needs and enable more strategic thought leadership
Utilize SRM tools to manage relationships with JLL preferred supply base. Act as the internal issue resolution point and review performance regularly

Desired experience and technical skills
Knowledge and/or experience managing supplier relationships at a national or global level
Develop presentations to deliver impact to Leadership and Executives
Experience in sourcing indirect corporate services and products
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications with excellent ability to work with large amounts of data and build reports - Ability to analyze data through Excel, Power BI and other software functions
Expertise in sourcing with demonstrated ability to manage change
Required
Develop plans with the ability to provide visibility such as supplier summaries, spend summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, and market insights that lead to both short and long-term strategies
Develop and maintain communication plans and strategies daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually.
Ability to negotiate and have proven strategies within areas of responsible spend
Serve as a subject matter expert on key performance measures for supplier partners.
Partner with functional leads and the business to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to JLL and its clients
Bring strategic thought leadership to identify additional cost and operational efficiencies
Proactively manage internal stakeholder expectations and escalate at appropriate times
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree / Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain preferred.
5-7 years of procurement-related experience.
5+ years of Sourcing & Procurement Indirect experience, Property Management or Category Management experience
Excellent Inter-personal skills, Organization skills, Strong Analytical Ability
Ability to work on a regional scale and across different time zones.
Excellent communication skills - oral and written
Proven ability to facilitate strategic supplier relationships and work with senior business executives and across procurement leadership
Collaborative and influencing style with a focus on teamwork
