For you, it's all about the people. As a Sr. Manager Data Conversion Technology Lead, your impact on patient care is always top of mind.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic technology leader to lead data conversion efforts for a a multi-year ERP and business transformation program. This role will initially be focused on the Day 2 KCO program to establish new ERP solutions using COTS software packages which will enable the new KCO organization to stand up technology to operate independently from Baxter.What you'll be doing
Design and implement data migration strategies that align with KidneyCo's goals and objectives.
Lead data mapping efforts from source systems to the target systems, ensuring that all data is successfully transferred.
Lead all aspects of the ETL process, which involves extracting data from the source system, redefining it into a format compatible with the target system.
Implement data validation tools/solutions that ensure accuracy and integrity of data through quality control processes, both pre- and post-migration.
Drive a mix of technical and business team members to meet master data & transactional data conversion commitments. Provide leadership during data migration sequences supporting environment builds, testing, mock deployments, and production execution
Ensure that data conversion programs are appropriately designed and tuned to support non-functional requirements and cutover time constraints. Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the cutover process and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Develop and implement test plans to validate ERP system integrations and ensure proper functionality and performance.
Work closely with 3rd party data migration vendors and internal teams to solve data issues and ensure successful data migration.What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or business.
10 years of progressive IT leadership experience.
Previous large transformation ERP program experience
Experience with Cloud based ERP platforms like Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or SAP is a plus.
Expertise with one or more data integration technologies (AWS Glue, DataStage, Alteryx, Informatica), Database administration and basic knowledge of analytic and visualization tool capabilities

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 - $198,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
