Position Overview

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the set-up of all new customer accounts including customer master data and Ecommerce portals per company guidelines. Works in partnership with Customer Service, Sales, and IT to implement accurate account set-up to enable customer transactions. This position is ideal for an over-achieving career-oriented person ready to expand their level of responsibility and business exposure.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Create new customer bill to / ship to accounts including price lists
  • Manage customer master conversions
  • Provide ad hoc reporting on customer master data
  • Analyze and problem solve issues with current customer data, E-Commerce issues
  • Create on-line user access
  • Manage multiple projects timelines
  • Manage and complete customer master account re-assignments
  • Resolution of daily EDI Order Errors
  • Leads in partnership with IT in new program implementations
  • E-Commerce site customer set-up to include loading item images for online display
  • Create custom item level display for program customer products
  • Provide Sales support regarding pricing/set up/online access
  • Provide support/training to customers regarding ecommerce
  • Handle customer service calls and duties when required
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet or exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up
  • Must have drive to produce accurate results and accountability
  • Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Must work well in a team, be self-motivated and have excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.
