Key Responsibilities
As the IGS Sales Manager you will be responsible to drive professional services business in your specific geography or vertical. The successful IGS Sales Manager will be responsible for partnering with the field sales teams, including the channel team, to sell value added services such as Consulting Services, Advanced Technical Account Management services, Resident Engineers and Project Management.
The successful candidate will employ world-class account management, collaboration, and strategic selling skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing account base. The candidate will be responsible for:
aligning the Professional Service offering recommendations with the desired customer outcomes
partnering with our delivery organization to ensure customer success and retention
accurate forecast of pipeline as well as resource types and skill sets
awareness training to the field sales and sales engineering teams
The candidate should be a highly competent presenter, with a demonstrable track record of selling services to senior level management and C-level executives. The position reports into the Head of Professional Services for the Americas.
Position requires day to day and overnight travel.
Qualifications
BS technical degree or equivalent or equivalent military experience required
7-10 years of sales experience working within IT manufacturer and/or consulting organizations with a proven record of success
Background in selling cyber security network-related applications preferred
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Ability to facilitate in person and virtual workshops with client cross-functional resources
Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Superb organizational and prioritization skills
'Whatever it takes' attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance
Experience working with Channel partners and an understanding of a channel centric go to market approach
Knowledge of network infrastructure-based security appliances, including but not limited to Firewalls, SSL/IPSec VPNs, Security Proxies, Cloud environments including AWS, Azure and GCP and SOC environments
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
