What you'll Do:
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - Solution Enablement / PMO within our B2B Technical Sales & Services organization. This position contributes directly to the sales of IT and Information Display solutions and services, by leading a team and utilizing strong leadership, business development, project management, solution development, and sales skills. Will play a pivotal role in the creation and implementation of strategies around new Solution Sales and Professional Services, and leading team members in driving the sales process by engaging with potential clients to understand their project needs and crafting tailored solutions that align with LG's business objectives. This role involves collaborating closely with the sales, technical, leadership, and operations teams to ensure strategies and team activities are feasible, cost-effective, and capable of delivering the desired impact. This is a field-based (home office) role and will consider applicants who live in close proximity of a major airport.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting Senior Director-Technical Sales & Services with refining and presenting to executive leadership the Business Solutions & Professional Services strategies and business plan* Managing a team of Solution Enablement Managers, Project Managers/Coordinators, Solution Architects, and others as needed/added over time. This includes involvement in recruitment and hiring activities.* Contributing as a member of the Technical Sales leadership team to organizational strategy & operations* Oversee PMO (Project Management Office) practice, including; setting and implementing policy, workflows, and processes in support of Solutions & Professional Services business.* Contribute to formation of new revenue generating LG Professional Services offerings (may involve additional vendor selection/management)* Oversee Solution Design Services practice serving the entire division, including setting policy/process, enhancing the value and capabilities, implementing design repository, selecting software platforms (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD), working with HQ and Business/Product Management teams for product information, and other related duties.* Working across matrixed organization to assess needs, formulate solution strategies, help engineer solutions, manage complex/custom projects, present value propositions, and drive/manage Solutions initiatives from conception to implementation.* Leading Project Management and Solution Enablement initiatives and meeting revenue/profit objectives.* Collaborate with LG sales & other division members to enable solution creation and sales efforts* Managing relationships (technical and non-technical) with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders* Working closely with other members/leaders of the Technical Sales organization, and cross-functional teams* Playing key role in optimizing and utilizing Salesforce, Smartsheet & other tools to log, track, & report on projects/activities (including creating templates, processes, dashboards, policies, workflows, etc)* Developing formal RFI/RFP response process (i.e. design, submission and review)* Monitoring and capturing market...
