  • JOB OVERVIEW

    We are seeking a highly motivated OCM Lead to join our Digital Transformation OCM team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of change initiatives as well as adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in order to have a positive change experience, to realize all the benefits of the transformation, and to continuously improve.

    The Change Lead will help identify and operationalize Change Champions for the digital transformation, coordinate stakeholder engagements, work with the Communications Specialist to make sure content and messaging meets expectations, help create and manage stakeholder feedback loop, partner with the Training Lead on content and delivery, and work closely with the PMO to measure the impact of the transformation and continuous improvement post implementation.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum
    • 7+ years of business experience
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management supporting large digital transformation efforts or advancing customer experience and innovation.
    • Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and technology implementations.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation skills.
    • Ability to identify problems, analyze solutions, and implement corrective actions effectively.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
    • In-depth understanding of change management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, Prosci ADKAR Model).
    • Demonstrated expertise in project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Experience developing and delivering training programs for adult learners.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and applying measurement frameworks to track project success.
    • Experience developing and delivering training programs.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    Preferred
    • Certifications that demonstrate advanced skills in areas such as strategic communications, specific digital communication channels, storytelling, communication measurement and analytics, etc.,
    • Experience supporting technology, digital transformation, and/or change management efforts for healthcare organizations.
    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL SETS, AND ABILITIES
    • Familiarity with best-in-class change management techniques and how to apply them.
    • Quickly adapt to a complex organization with multiple layers of stakeholders (Internally and externally) and multiple content approvers.
    • Strong computer and technical skills, including intermediate expertise with the Microsoft Suite of software as well as a demonstrated aptitude for learning new specialized software tools.
    • Strong professional, interpersonal, customer service, and oral communication skills with all levels of staff and management.
    EDUCATION
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field
    • Additional certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or other relevant certifications, are a plus.
    WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS
    • This position would be remote with no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.
    • Occasional travel to Chicago, IL may be necessary for special events that require representation from OCM. On average, frequency may be once per quarter.
    PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
    Pay Range*: $65-80/hr W2 (Flexible)
    *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
